Chef Scott bio

  •  Since the age of about 3, I have enjoyed working to create new taste sensations. This was my favourite, muffins on Sunday morning!
  • I graduated from Drubrulle International Culinary Institute in Vancouver B.C. My restaurant experience has taken me from Granville Island Vancouver, Lake Louise Alberta, to the home of the Shakespeare Festival in Stratford Ontario, where I now reside. 
  • I have enjoyed travelling to such diverse locales as England Scotland Wales St. Maarten and Mexico, across the US and Canada and sampling the local cuisine wherever I go.
